Cape Medical Museum

The history and development of the Cape Medical Museum is closely linked to the New Somerset Hospital and the City Hospital for Infectious Diseases in Green Point Cape Town. The museum is housed in the residence of the Medical Superintendent of the City Hospital, built in 1904.
